Buying one rental property a year is more than doable.Just make certain you are buying them in desirable areas which will attract responsible tenants.

What makes these condo's so attractive? 

They have a strict tenant criteria but I will tell you over that time they average 1% vacancy (or less), attract tenants that generally maintain the properties well, and have an overall very positive experience that has lead to an enjoyable retirement for them.

It's tough to have a landing page with out content to attract people to your site.The dollar cost was surprising as well.  

Female agents tend to start out optimistically, but are fairly willing to drop prices.There is an agent in this area(a male) who happens to recommend trying to list slightly below market value and then attracting full asking price or even a bidding war.

I think that's why we are attracting the stay at home mom and others  who watch "flip this house" type shows and want to learn how to do this.  

I am renovating a duplex and we decided to go with the solid doors since we are trying to attract nicer tenants and making upgrades where we feel that we can.

That's why I am attracted to it myself.
