I have literally seen a Ph.D. get minimum wage, since she was not licensed, and wanted to muck about worrying about what website to click "next next next done" on without reading any of the content, she probably lost $30k because she was worried about where to click a "next" button.

You have to drive up and down every street while making a list of all the blighted, vacant and run down properties, then you have to plug each one into a spreadsheet, then look up the owner name and mailing address on the assessor website, then plug that info into the spreadsheet, etc, etc, etc.
