I've been fortunate enough myself to visit Vancouver a few times (played against Simon Fraser University in college, snowboarded in Whistler etc).

I don't have a university degree in engineering only college which is not equivalent at all so I will never make high income.

I went to University, decided it was not my chosen path and changed direction.

Are you near hospitals and universities that would drive business?

Although I am attending the University of Louisville I may quit after I get my two year degree (I'll have it in a semester) so I can put all my money towards a deal and not a college degree I don't plan on using anyways.

Otherwise some of the cash flow info found on BP is not found in any RE textbook or taught at any of the thousands of accredited universities.
