Remember, the way to get people to work with you, is to view it from their side and present a viable solution that makes sense to them! 

After seeing all the "price is too high to find a deal" on the forums here, I would get busy finding a solution.  

In part because I'm looking to purchase probates in the future, and am looking for solutions that I can use then too.Plus I figure this will keep the thread more useful to others

First, I just wanna state that my purpose of this post is not to complain, but to provide insight into my personal situation and to gain possible solutions to overcome my current obstacles.I am an aspiring real estate investor, who at this point has not had a single real estate transaction other than signing leases on the apartments I have lived in.

I'm failing to comprehend this type of living solution. 

Just gets crowded out.Just a common conflict strategy (again, not a magic solution but just a way to approach you see in some management literature)...... actually just a longer version of what Russ and Ben say above....1) Diagnose the conflict... 

If you are doing a higher end property the suggestion above or big box solution won't sell the property so it would having increased holding costs and it would not be cost effective.

Perhaps an easy solution would be to set up a small picnic area out of the public line of sight.
