Short of trying to get a stay, what would some of you do if you were us?

It's super convenient and it makes sense to stay here for the next 4 years.

if the answer is “yes” what resources are available to an individual to make sure I stay compliant.I know the big one is being 62... does this apply if the lender is a private party and not an institution.Thanks for the help!

Anybody know of any good websites to get the local and national happenings on the RE market to stay informed (other than the MLS)?

@Nguyen QuachYeah, with $100,000 damage they can't stay in their house, but it doesn't necessarily mean they've moved since the incident took place recently.

We are still small, when will I know if it is time to invest in a better accounting system?  Should it be based on gross income or number of units? Thanks all.

I have recently sparked an interest in real estate and I am wondering how investors stay up to date on the markets and submarkets that they are interested in investing in?

It’s been there for at least 15 years and the local government seems to be fine letting it stay unpermitted.
