But you can circumvent this all buy just buying the assets and reselling that is what you want to do.But keep poking around I am sure something will gel for you .. . but do check out Gary.. you will be amazed at all the low end real estate.. and then your next thought process will be WHY HOW WHy and how can I buy homes for under 5k each..

A good Realtor should be able to respond quickly and be attentive to your requests (of course as long as they are reasonable).That being said, there are certainly softwares out there that can spit out CSV files of all sales in a given area and what they sold for.
