A foreclosure auction is simply a legal process to collect a debt, no representation of clear title, or anything else, is given to any bidder who decides to “enter the fray”....there are risks for the bidders, they have to evaluate those risks and then decide if they want to participate.

I am not aware of any brokerage firm's Solo 401k plans that allow for after tax (Non Roth) contributions and some do not even allow for participant loans.
