@Tanya S. you know in my office many of the agents will actually have another agent in the office list and price their property, because we realize that we too are not exempt from mispricing our own properties just like a normal seller would.

Additionally through peeling back the onion I found out that the person who did the title search/owned closing office knew the demolition had been ordered and was trying to push the deal thru in hopes she could outpace it.

After a thorough cleaning, I replaced all carpets; painted several rooms with modern colors & touched up the others; upgraded a few fixtures; and, made several small but impactful cosmetic improvements.What was the outcome?

This area is hot for acreages and she has two clients currently looking and has floated the idea of selling "as-is" on contract through a private listing with her office.

The last straw for me was seeing they had placed 4 office type rugs by the porch thus destroying any grass.

If you want to be as close as possible to a big modern city, then Medford/ Everett/ Malden (I think Lynn is way undervalued too in parts) is your route. 

When I called the tax office I was told that the taxes weren't paid for 2017 and 2018. 

One reason is because my husband's company is opening up an Atlanta office, and recruiting him to join there.

He'll know contracts and the value well, but the transaction can still be closed directly at a title or attorneys office without official brokerage listing or commissions paid to anyone. 

Do I have to find the addresses to all the realtor offices or will someone else do that?
