Ideally, in a BRRRR strategy, goal is pull as much cash out as possible, or even have no cash invested at all after the refi, but since this deal may require keeping some of my capital engaged, not a perfect BRRRR strategy, but still offers a good ROI from an "equity gain" perspective and also from a cash-on-cash flow perspective ($350+ per month).

I'm a complete newbie about notes so take my info with a grain of salt......but I just started researching this option with Jay Hinrich's company......This is my understanding after that conversation....... the notes they service typically start around 35k, and are on LTV properties around 50-70%, in multiple areas around the country with multiple property companies.
