Additionally, there is so much waste through a real estate transaction, it will take a long time to fully optimize the process (brokers, lawyers, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, they all have areas which can be optimized) I’m a licensed broker in NJ FYI

That being said, as a broker I recommend ALL of my clients have a Lawyer review their PSA's and Leases because at the end of the day I am not a Lawyer and me telling you "yes, that is the norm" or "This is the action I recommend you take" is very different from a Lawyer saying "Yes, we can fight and win if need be."

Hi All,I am currently working with a mortgage broker and they advertise that they complete the underwriting process up front versus doing it on the back end of the mortgage.
