All 3 tenants in the unit are on disability and telling me I can't kick them out in winter or basically at all because they are handicapped.I know there is a law that the power company cannot disconnect your heat in winter in Wisconsin but can you end a month to month lease??

So even if your lease says you can charge the tenants for the remainder of the term as well as a lease break fee( which the lease should say on both) you still have to do everything in your power to find a tenant right away.
