Are you tired of REI?

When the economy slowed down I did not see as many people traveling to Indianapolis, and I was getting tired of the constant turnover between STR guests. 

You may be able to negotiate a better deal with a tired seller.And of course look for off market deals!

I only do this after I have a paid for application since there are way to many tire kickers in my area. 

Wholesalers find them in your area I pull lists from my surrounding counties Probate, divorce, fire damage, Tax liens, Code violations or just vacant home with out of state owners who are tired landlords.

Not a walmart fan but consider that some items you are going to replace when they get tired looking so I wouldn't think hey we are going to keep this furniture forever but it should be sturdy.

Something tells me that it would be difficult for you to give someone a jump start, change a flat tire, encounter an intruder in you property, encounter a dead body in your property, encounter an overdosed person in your property, deal with escaped rattlesnakes, deal with prostitutes, etc. 

I am in search of a web platform for applications/credit checks, tired of doing paper applications.   

Problem with FCI is there are a lot of tire kickers who don't know what they're looking for.

Stay with them until they grow tired (you'll know when), and/or you are ready to go onto step #2.2 - Pay for it.
