It would theoretically provide flexibility at that point in time before the 12th month.  

We have gotten here with over 400k tenant placements / leasing's done, and the Mt Everest of education that's provided in experience. 

However, I always caution that, if you are using the LLC as cover for being negligent in providing safe accommodations, it will not protect you.
