@Michael Dumler I definitely agree with you from the land perspective, however how do you feel about some condos that are closer to the water or significantly more expensive areas for single family homes.

Take note I am technically challenged and nervous about water which is why I was so by the book on instructions but a $10 part could cost tens of thousands in damage if not installed properly.
