They perform well.

I keep getting spam from The Loan Guys, where they claim they don't look at your income and only at the performance of the property. 

In return… you as the owner should expect your property to perform without any interference.

@Louis Zameryka if you’re considering a beach STR, and there is nothing familial tying you to Gulf Shores, I think you’ll see better performance year-over-year in Destin.
