I've bought a handful of wholesale guides and courses and none of them talk about it (Bill Bronchick's does but there's still not enough info on it for my taste) So we go out there and do what these courses are telling us to do and get laughed at and generate a bad reputation.

The risk is low however the town is small (county population under 45,000 and town population less than 12,000) and I don't want to gain a reputation for signing on to a new brokerage failure and look like a complete idiot.
