As you continue, you need to find a title company that's going to work with you, have some templates of the documents you will need, and ideally some relationships with cash buyers.

(options include change PM company, change or add assistant asset manager, etc...)3.

Backup plan is to maybe call a couple of the cost seg companies here and ask one of their analyst.

There may be a management company but no HOA.

Your concerns are well founded.Ask them for their lending license number and some references and which escrow and title company they use.
