Both units have washer/dryer, and the water bill is under my name.My tenants (a couple) are good, they keep my unit nice and clean, not much noise, and they would pay rent after being reminded.

I have two tenants living in one of my units (fiancés) One has signed but the other has not yet I keep reminding her , and she has not signed yet saying she is busy and will do so My question is , can I assume the fiancé’s signatures and the other’s verbal consent as a sign for renewal (I have added some new charges $) and start the new lease terms on April 1 ?
