We have a policy of rapid email reply & our office phones are diverted at night & weekends to duty sales person so no call goes unanswered.

Obviously it's going to have to be a large amount of land in a growing or just outside a growing area.

i honestly don't know. but outside of the the corn season (from seed to harvest) there isn't much of a growing season out here... so my guess is nothing!
