Did the Tesla plant announcement out in Fernley cause any big demand increases? 

Some comments point to low tide as being the cause of any unpleasantness, which would make sense, but other comments point to the Tampa Electric Plant-When talking with two very successful real estate agents, who have track records of selling to investors (not just folks buying a primary residence), they both sounded surprised that we were looking at Apollo Beach and not Tampa.

Once Sun moved a big plant there, that turned the corner for them.

While I didn't suffer any loss there is a good chance that there are victims who did send money to this guy.

We have a couple of hospitals that are smaller, but have a large # of travel professionals and we also have a lot of construction projects, manufacturing plants, etc for temporary workers.
