BP is new to me so I've had trouble getting used to signing in daily.

Here is a short hit-list:- Aaron Renn Podcast (Urban expert & policy writer)- Without Fail (Interviews withh entrepreneurs, athletes, visonaries of all kinds)- Politico Money- How I Built This (Company founder interviews)- The Gist (Daily Political Rundown, Good Interviews)

@Renee BaconWith my recollection some of these investors have real estate licenses and some dont.Example: They rent property in Ann Arbor or Royal Oak on yearly lease; then do STR for daily or weekly for VRBO's etc. 

I would suggest compiling a list yourself based on your own investment criteria and what market you are focusing on.For example, some of the things we look at: 3 and 5 mile population and population growth3 and 5 mile facility square footage AND pipeline (how many existing + how many are coming online soon... you don't want to be leasing up at the same time as a competitor)Daily traffic / visibilityOccupancy of competitorsBarriers to entry (lots of other areas zoned for storage?)

Syndication of an existing  (hopefully) stabilized hold of you will.I heard about this one from one of the financial bloggers on a podcast that reads them to you called Optimal Finance Daily.

Update it daily, weekly, or as required.To track monthly income & expenses for tax purposes, I use one spreadsheet per property per year.If you're comfortable using cloud products, you could store these various docs there and have access from anywhere (e.g.
