So dig around, and start attending lots of groups, not just one. 

So I was digging through the site a little bit and was checking out some of the features.

I usually use 10 percent of rent for CapEx and maintenance costs and I've heard that could be low.I did some digging online and I couldn't find much about the turnkey company you mentioned, which is puzzling consider they say they have a great reputation.Feel free to message me if you have any questions about them, turnkey or my local market and I can do my best to help.

I will keep digging and certainly drive past it in the near future.

I've been running numbers, checking AirBnB, VRBO for rental prices, digging on Trulia for as much info as possible, but still trying to answer these questions:Has anyone had any success or failure stories with a similar asset?

So, I have scheduled a sit down tomorrow w/ the associate broker to dig more into what they can essentially do for me if i were to hang up my license there.

I'd do some digging on what REI events are happening locally and network with the movers and shakers as there may be some opportunity in your local market.  

I'll dig into the local politics a lot more before we start renting anything out.
