you can get your license in less than 4 months for less than 1K  then hang it with a fee based broker who lets you do whatever you want..

Then if you have 10 of those, you're running with $60k just hanging out?

You may be friends with them, which is great and typically works in your favor as they don’t want to leave you hanging, but always be prepared for something like that’s to come up.
