-There is a driveway between this improvement and the neighboring house, and the space between the 2 buildings is the width of this driveway (~1 car width).

How about that driveway, that would be $5000+ in my area, and more if it was a 2-3 car width the whole way up.

😃 I intend to try doing this by pursuing a couple of main strategies, those being buy-and-hold medium and large-scale apartment complexes (probably often with a BRRRR strategy), and hopefully some Triple Net Deals (NNN), but I am definitely open to trying other things such as Fix & Flips, Partnerships, Syndications, renting out a vacation home (or two!)

.- The phone and electric utilities have to move wires out of the way at no cost (seems odd, but OK)- The main limiting factor is the width of the road- Longer distances (1 mile+), depending on how fast the utilities act to move wires, might result in an extra day's pay of a few thousand.

They need to have a minimum of 5.7 sq.ft. clear opening with a minimum width of 20" and a minimum height of 24".

But I guess in a commercial setting IE your renting in a shopping mall or such you may be able to ascertain these answers through public medium but no way with the nature of the MOM and POP industry which is rental houses real estate are the average potential tenants going to be able to find this out.Although I hear what your saying.. just take the sub 2 buyers that rent to unsuspecting tenants only to have the tenant wake one day to a foreclosure notice and they have paid this person there rent..
