The road on which it is located is a major street (3 lanes each way) that has become more and more commercial with each year. 

You also don't have your location listed which could be another thing that affects what you can/can't do.Your original buyer who is backing out is not signing a termination document?

This will depend a lot on where the property is located.  

I am looking for a platform that can post in multiple locations at one time.

Do you have any insight on good locations? 

Is it to own your own home, and live in this location forever?

I have been researching other out of state locations and have a few more states in my radar and will be taking a road trip soon to check them out.
