I listened to an audible for Rich Dad, Poor Dad just last year and played the Cashflow game on the iPad.

While this guy is held to a higher standard of conduct, wholesalers can easily fit in the same shoes.

My approach has been to read as much as possible on real estate investing, and listened to the podcasts.  

I dare to say that 95% of the people on here that are actually property investors and landlords are not brokers or even agents.As a recommendation, I would strongly advise to listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts.

I do not use a property management company primarily because I have been successful in managing myself because I am centrally located to all my properties, and my tenants all understand I am a phone call away.I became interested in BiggerPockets when I started listening to the podcast, and thought I should start a profile to see what else there was to offer.Thanks for including me, I look forward to connecting with you all.Jim
