There are properties across multiple-markets out there... which can provide a nice positive cash flow while only using a portion of your available funds.

It is cash flowing nicely, and its equity continues to grow.

As long as it was "free" buyers often worked with a family member, now that it costs money buyer agents will have to interview to get the job, which means a lot of agents will be gone.

Hello,I recently acquired my first rental property in a nice part of Ohio City, Cleveland 44113.

In a rural area with no jobs, your odds of finding a good tenant or a good buyer are limited. 

The rep will give you a nice LOI only to change terms last minute when you are about to sign.

Do I need to go be apart of a real estate firm as a part time job for a year or so and get knowledge of all the paperwork and fundamentals involved?
