If you could suggest one life changing piece of technology that helps your business tremendously (quicken books, excell. cell phones not included) what would that be?

Talk to Highhorse properties or creative space innovations. both i interviewed this week for a large 150k job. both have capacity to take on larger jobs in columbus and i've met both personally. 

Some investors I know do AirBnB by using technology (such as auto locks for the doors that allow you to use a phone app) and hire a manager, others get creative by hiring a group home manager (turning the house into a group home for greater cashflow).

Partly because there was zero progress until last month when I finally found out that permit was approved last month (Though website says it was approved in Nov 2021).

It is recently built so the technology is current.

Based on the BNBF customer posts I've read here as well as other testimonials I've seen from students on places like Youtube and elsewhere, I think it's fair to say there is a lot of "social proof" saying that this is a proven and innovative approach to succeeding in real estate with AirBNB.

The most striking to me are a couple of guys who used to work for a major technology company headquartered in Dallas. 

You guys should definitely connect, since we have a GC-tech (general contracting technology) company and starting to take on work in Richmond, Virginia.   

I don't think it matters to buyers much as long as you are responsive and productive for them and that the technology of your office helps them get their offers in quickly and efficiently.
