I then have several months to review their records, speak with the owner, and determine if we want to offer a renewal or not.If I have a higher-risk tenant, then we may schedule an inspect three months after occupancy, followed by another one at eight months.Our contractors are also instructed to notify us if they see anything unusual, but we don't count that as a formal inspection.
