I've made a grand total of two (2) RE deals since 2016 & the premium software was instrumental to the success of both:-I purchased a SFH flip in 2016 shortly after converting from the free version to premium.

I have and advantage in that we live in an area where a 3/1 home in a B class neighborhood can be purchased for $55k and not need more than a grand or 2 to be in rentable condition. 

Who lose track of seven grand in cash? 

I think they should start with that junction of Grand and Communipaw- once you hit that intersection it feels kind of seedy with a fair amount of street activity.

Some will have similarities and be closer in thoughts and practices and others will be as wide as the grand canyon.While I don't agree with all the opinions I hear and I have talked to thousands of people over the years I can respect their logic and how they came to the conclusion of how they want to live their life.

If there are people out there worried about the costs associated with supplying them , then add it into your rent or I really like the idea of the option suggestion ..you want a bit better firdge and you don't have one ..hum ..I'll rent you one by the month but it may require a bit more of a security deposit also and after say 2-3 years it's theirs ..
