I absolutely agree with your suggestions for reading between lines of on-line reviews and take the negatives with a grain salt.

The repairman took a look at it last night and today my tenant has been calling/texting nonstop complaining that his food will be ruined and his house will be flooded from the leaky fridge.

Now everyone's budget is stretched because gas and food cost so much due to inflation.

But the son lives in the finished lower level and the carpets are already needing professional cleaning. he has used every wall and ceiling area for flags,posters, giant signs etc and has a snack area with a microwave and all kinds of open food items that could attract rodents and insects.

Cant beat the hikes and the beach (and the food!)

So when that one car is out and they're low on food or medication, being able to walk to a supermarket or pharmacy is huge.

If you live in a hot area where the heat will damage the interior or cause cracks, if there’s any food that goes bad wrecking the fridge, if there’s a sump pump that isn’t powered and allows flooding, the garage doors forget remote codes, etc etc etc.
