Rich Dad Global filed for bankruptcy in 2012 for not being able to pay ~$23 million in a settlement (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Kiyosaki#Controversy).

I come from an industry that is ridiculously competitive, and therefore cannot share a word on anything, but I don't think that's too much of an issue in real estate...

Has anyone used Global Private Investment LLC, David Mitton to obtain any funds.

Ideally, you'd get all three, but as a newer investor in a competitive market, I don't come across those deals often.

What is your competition doing?  

Overall, if we could repeat the exact same process I would probably be game, but it's harder and harder to find a lot or house that would work due to competition.

I've already spoken to several friends who are mostly working sales and it's a bit disheartening to hear about the enormous amounts of competition out there in the realm of real estate investing, regardless of the particular niche.

There are "we buy houses" signs all over the place over there, so I am assuming it is pretty competitive. 

The potential competition is being destroyed everyday.  

The fact that you understand the role of follow-up AND you are able to automate it... that's what I call a COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
