I personally don't think we're contributing to global warming, but as you say here, there are lots more great reasons why we should stop burning fossil fuels -- everything from contributing money to terrorism to destroying our ground water.

They are much faster and easier to sell, plus the only people who buy apartments or multi-family units are INVESTORS, so they all want a discount.

The more exact numbers I can find the better -- typical property disclosure should list the taxes, fuel use, etc. -- prop. taxes can vary widely - and if the person had a homestead exemption, then the taxes wil jump when you take ownership.
