A lot of our residential clients who move to Milwaukee from other states cite concerns about excessive summer heat, wildfire smoke or lack of fresh water for their reason to move to Milwaukee and these concerns seem to grow every year.

Clean landscaping, fresh mulch, concrete work, exterior paint, etc all goes a long way in making a property "worth more" in the eyes of buyers and appraisers.  

Outside is freshly painted, new fence in the backyard.

If you are fresh to the business & you don't really know what is going on & you want someone to help you out, provide you insight into what's going on, show you the ropes etc....Then you need to hire yourself a high quality professional to do that for you so you can learn.

The smell of fresh cut grass is the best smell in the world and a good looking lawn is admired by everybody that drives by.

But that's the exception, not the rule.I remember when I was fresh out of high school working at a waiter while going to the local community college.

They are all fresh-water lots.

Others may like that it doesn't and would want to spend a couple weeks updating and theming it so they can add their own touch and start fresh. 

Since I'm located in Tampa, Jacksonville is an uncharted territory for me so I would be happy to get some input from locals there.The property is located in the Riverview area (zip 32208) it's a 2/1 Block freshly renovated and looks from the outside and inside in beautiful condition.

Always put on a fresh set in between turns if they old ones are beat up.
