She filled me in on the seller's info because I pressed her to discuss in case the sale fell through.However, I will be making calls tomorrow to the power company and insurance co. to obtain quotes, as you suggested, in case the original deal falls through.Do you think the illegal addition is anything to be concerned about?

They have painted, used power tools, measured and cut siding, placed trim, dug ditches, cut sheetrock, pulled carpet, filled dumpsters, swept roofs, raked yards, cleaned driveways and gutters, built walls, hung new cabinets, hung notices, sat in court, and so much more; if they knew it or not learned more hands-on Real Estate than any book could teach them.All that said, my 23 year old daughter wants to get into the business.

@Mark UpdegraffAt one such sale 1 bidder was bidding on everything and bidding high, he spend $1.7 million that day, payment due in full 10 minutes after the auction is done.At another auction saw a bidder (novice) come to the sale with an extremely large zip lock bag filled with $100.

Why would anyone fill out anything until they look at the property and the reason I say that is there are a lot of scams out, there were people looking forward to getting personal info?
