My IRA mutual funds are making 7x that return each month when we consider the ratio of cash invested to return, and that's with zero management other than I log on to a website each month to see how much they've grown. 

I’m a new real estate investor in the state of Arizona, and I’m trying to find out how to work a subject To and lease option deal from start to finish which won’t violate any Arizona laws.

I have a decent grasp on the process of completing a wholesale deal from start to finish but need to start changing my theoretical knowledge into real world experience. 

I am finishing up rehabbing my side of  the duplex, and looking towards my next step... and I am not sure what direction that step should be in.

i am looking for a website that someone spoke about here. it was a site that graphically showed where each us city was in the market cycles by some economics prof from florida.
