Those sure look like great additions to your portfolio.The green and white one is beautiful.The grey one looks like a money maker too.If I had the grey one in my  portfolio, I would, paint the downspouts the color of the siding, and the gutters the color of the eaves, as well as freshen up all of the trim white (like the green house has).

I think you might be a trouble maker!

I was trying to discourage pets in general, but since I had so many applicants with pets I picked a number that would actually make renting to a responsible pet owner work to my benefit.

I'm determined to make Real Estate work for me but I do know that Nursing is always there and GREAT income.

My issue is that I think it is a bad policy and I think it will slow growth and not create what the policy makers think it will create. 

it's never going to *stop* - there's always going to be sheets to replace, or the coffee maker that broke, or fixing this or that random thing.
