Obviously you can't always rent them at once... but I think you'll find the 2BRs to be more popular, with the occasional request for a 4BR.

I've used the .68 stuff from Lowes on maybe 15 or so houses and had good results except for the pieces occasionally sliding apart at the end joints and leaving gaps. 

@Scott Schultz  and the federal lawyer will say you used the proceeds to fund your extravagant lifestyle    just watch American Greed its the first words out of a prosecutors mouth..

I give an occasional gift (once a year or so) to show appreciation.

We use it occasionally to get away from the suburbs and enjoy a night out.

I would have liked to have seen that- I take news photos occasionally for the local radio station's blog, but all I saw was the aftermath and heard stories.

@Joseph Theriault just get a google voice number like others have said or another phone that goes to voicemailthe more you market you will see that you will have the occasional hateful call just ignore and keep following your path to successput signs up on friday and take them down on sunday that usually avoids the sign policegood luck
