@Jonathan Phillips you need to meet with an experienced real estate accountant and lawyer about that.

Maybe Class C+, but I am not very experienced at analyzing the neighborhood.

My fiance and I are VERY new real estate investors (working on our 1st deal lol), and we've got some connections to some experienced(i think...) wholesalers..

If there are question I am missing I'd love to get some more experienced landlords opinions. 

I am forever grateful for all of the advice that I have gotten from experienced REI's in this forum and on the podcast, look forward to sharing stories of my baby step successes! 

@Marianne Lopez-HenthornIf you are starting any partnership, corporation or venture with multiple individuals, you should have an experienced attorney assist you with drawing up any shareowner/partner agreement and/or articles of incorporation.   

@Skye Anderson99% of all the theft I have experienced in my rental properties has been by the very sub contractors I hired to do the work..

It is best to talk to an agent who is experienced in working with investors.  

For real estate, my question is for all experienced folks there what will be your advice for me to follow so that I can attain some level of success in this business?
