Of course the common thought is that there is two closing so it most cost a fortune but the reality is it MUCH cheaper then the 3 month seasoning products and usually cheaper then the 6 month products in terms of upfront costs with usually a better long term rate.

We are 10-15 years out from retirement, so our current thought is to get a STR or MTR that we can use part time in a limited capacity until retirement.

The thought occurred to me that since my goal is to build a cabin, perhaps it less important which city/area I choose.
