How do you communicate with owners, how frequently, and what about?

Another person may not have the responses I have, others may struggle in the market as a person's marketing efforts and efficient matter, I admittedly have a giant marketing machine that we bring to bear on our listings so we do very well at tenant placement. 

Getting the final county inspections, home inspections, appraiser, and title company to work with us during this time was challenging, but well worth the effort to continue to communicate and express our attention with how each individual would like to be a part of the transaction- what they would and would not do.It seems essential employees are still looking for modern renovations in this market.

Just trying to be efficient, as these projects will be easier to do with the house vacant!!

Seems trivial, I know, but the property management software I use, Tenant Cloud, only allows for one email address for outbound communication. 

Trust and communication is critical when listing and selling a property.

Sure, other LL's will argue its an administrative cost of time and effort, but I rely heavily on my prescreening and conversation at showing to whittle it down fast and efficiently.

They work great and are efficient enough.

I work 50 hours a week and I don't typically have the flexibility to do be able to do both efficiently.  

The only thing that's certain is there doesn't seem to be clear communication between OP and his CPA.
