Hello, Anyone knows a property manager that could recommend in the Smyrna & Clayton, Delaware area?

The initial legislation tried to bring in rent control but that eventually got shot down by the end of it.

It helps me stay on time, on budget and in control of all my projects.

I have learned that I have to be more educated to control any risk in anything that you're doing, so I am gaining knowledge from any resources that I can.So by now I have around $20,000 in my savings and I am taking time before deciding where to start.

That could (again, potentially, based on the deal you find) just be a cost you consider - the cost of doing business.Also, I don't think you should try to buy sooner because of what interest rates might do - that's outside of your control, and no one knows what is going to happen.
