What markets are you finding most promising for Fix and Flip projects, whether in Virginia or other states? 

We went directly to the listing agent, and we noticed that it was on the market for a very long time.

We actually market 25 of the largest counties in Florida, excluding Miami-Dade and Broward. 

I bought one courthouse step deal in Philly and that was quite the ride.. its a locals market for SURE..

If you ever decide to list those properties for sale on the open market, you know who to call.

I have researched markets top-down and since I can move anywhere with my job (or travel for that matter) I have options more or less everywhere.
