Wait till you get that dreaded  call at night .. you head over there and see they crapped in it till it’s heaped  up over the seat just full of steaming stinking feces .But it’s still worth it even then .

Once in France, I became the head brewer of an up-and-coming craft brewery and spend the next 2 years refining their products and processes, as well as doubling their production. 

Ive bought and sold a condo in the Blacklick area several years ago, Bought and sold (Wanted to hold this one) in Whitehall and now we are gearing up to head into hilltop area and north linden area.  

Off the top of my head, big tips are: 1.

If things head south and landlords have to become more competitive, having a tenant-focused approach will better position you to maintain your economic occupancy.
