The three in personal name have increased substantially in equity, I was going to tap the equity and reappraise etc looking at 4-500k of additional equity, these currently have separate notes in the 1st position of 3.35 30yr fixed.

Currently with a high income for Ohio of combined 450k.

And are currently looking for our second deal. 

Do have currently some buyers, and some properties under contract.

We currently are in the process of building this, and we have more projects that we are working on for other partners to join.

I'd be hesitant to break what is working on properties with a low base just to increase units..can/will rental rates increase on the currently owned units?
