Most tenants appreciate I upkeep my places and I am friendly with them but do hold them accountable when it comes to a tenant following the rules of the lease.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

That would be called a credit report and for your purposes, there is no such list.

They shut it down and merged it over to Credit Karma, and it sucks. 

What about security deposit accounting?

For refinances (cash out or rate term), the property would need to be leased out prior to closing, and we would take that into account with the underwriting.

We have coordinators in house to who can handle the entire transaction and setup a LLC for $5k through a company affiliation, then multi layer it 75 times because we want you to protect the assets you have which include the $5k credit card debt and the $17 in cash you have in your bank account.If this sounds like something you want, because you know you cannot live without this, then send me $5k to sign up..
