She said to pull a list from "wherever you get your lists" that shows the addresses of absentee-owner properties that have been purchased by Corporation (scorp, llc, etc.).I was checking out a couple sites online where one can pull absentee-owned property addresses, but I'm not sure how to filter out those that have recently (past 4-6 months) have been purchased by an LLC.

There is generally a floor and a ceiling on price per square foot, in any given area, and $20-30k for a couple hundred more SF might absolutely be right depending on the local market.

A home that's a couple of years old should already have most of the new home kinks shaken out of it or starting to show up so inspect it well.A triplex can definitely be a money maker but unit size and parking may make a huge difference in rent.Remember the owner occupant requirement is typically only two years.Congratulations on a good start!
