If I were to stick in the area I'm already invested in (Indianapolis) then at least a few components of the team are already secured and trusted thankfully!

If you see a comp on mashvisor that shows similar 3/2 rents for $1000 a mo you can expect to rent 10-15% especially if you connect with agencies and travel nursing companies.
