Hi everyone - I'm buying a property where the Chicago property tax registry acknowledges 3 units in a single-family (RS-3) two-flat dwelling while a building certificate the seller ordered registers the property as having 2 units. 

It is my understanding that  certification is necessary including a back ground check.   

He stated that liens will be placed against my house and the inspector will not give the certificate of occupancy until all debts are paid.

RVIA certification is both granted to individual  tiny homes and to the factory where they are built.

To communicate with these people in anything relating to their foreclosure requires that you be, 1. an attorney, 2. a lender involved, 3. a credit counselor holding a certification as a HUD approved counselor or agency, 4.

Also is the county site for just purchasing the tax certificate or actually controlling the property.

Hi Elayne, To my knowledge, the licenses' are tied to the property but I would definitely review the The AZ Dept of Health Services home certification process info HERE. 

However, my certification is to get the listing.

Everyone based their taking the exam on “I got to pass, I can only afford to take the exam once” I did not focus on the money, I focused on get the certification.
