Hello BP People,I’m in a situation where I have approximately $8k in car debt & $20k in school loans.

My house is like the mechanics wife's car, never gets fixed.  

This person has the keys to your car.

Same thing goes with car loans.Before anyone suggests it, if someone charges one penny more than they would charge someone else because they know the money comes from illegal activity it is MONEY LAUNDERING.  

Eventually I developed a love for cars and decided that I wanted to own a car dealership one day.

They can ask for special dispensation from it from my mom (who is the executor) so they can put a down payment on a reasonable house, pay down student loans, etc, but that way they can't blow it on a new car every year.My dad's is set up where he is leaving gifts to certain people in his life, $1,000 for his barber, a former property manager, that sort of thing, so friends and acquaintances can have a nice memory of him.

Glad you found us.Be the rare military person that doesn't blow their pay check every 15th and 30th on cars and clubs. 

No more shoveling my car out, two-for-one beer specials, and plenty of warm days and patios for eating outdoor.

One time when I was coming back I even saw a staff member opening one door after another saying they were looking for the owner of a car in the parking lot and since there's all different people here day and night for my safety and the safety of some valuable stuff I have in there I went ahead and changed the lock.by law they're supposed to notify the tenant and get permission before they just go and open people's doors.

Anyone who contacts us about selling their house will eventually sell it; just like when a person goes to a car lot, they do want to buy car (same concept---they are 'in the market' so to speak).
